Wudaokou Dialectic Part 2 Project 2017 Gordon SchisslerJeremy Leonard Yale University | USA In the Wudaokou District of Beijing, two forces cycle and coexist: 1) top-down policies shaping urban development and 2) citizen resilience staking claim in public territory. This project leverages an omniscient narrator to examine these opposing forces at all scales, from a high-end Economic Trade Zone to a migrant setting up shop on his rug.
