An incomplete skeleton does not mean physical impairment for future generations.
This project explores and employs the properties and patterns of metals, in creating a centre of excellence, for the development of human prosthesis. Facilitating education, manufacturing and rehabilitation. Manchester has been progressive in prosthetics, being the location for the early development of joint replacement.
The site at Pomona, Salford Quays is an isolated wildlife haven ideal for peaceful recuperation.
