Canals have connected and consolidated communities like nothing before. Through all human existence technology has expanded, infrastructures have evolved, and communication has rapidly made geographical distance irrelevant. The Carolina Ginstitute is a bank of knowledge, proposing an activating site that brings people, goods and transport together through the essence of Gin tasting.
