Maximiliano Montes Julian Gomez WRITTEN BY JOSÉ FERNANDO MUÑOZ R - PROFESSOR - DIRECTOR One of the Latin American contemporary architect's challenges, is the performance in outlying territories, where the planning finishes and the informality is imposed. This project proposes an urban renovation - in-situ, reinterpreting in a contemporary way, from the architecture, the anthropological, physical & spatial and, environmental & natural topics, of a typical human establishment of the periphery in the Latin American Andean city, but particular in its content and development, in the search of some contemporary local architectures of universal transcendency.
