In a response to the plan made by the egyptian government to create new urban settlement in the Egyptian western desert targeting the mobilization of population masses to vacant lands to achieve proper densities distribution.
The project aims to set an example for a western desert prototype dwelling in egypt. The settlement should strive for sustainability and self sufficiency.
Analytical studies of microclimate of such location were conducded , providing air temperature, wind speed, humidity levels, and seaonla rainfall.
in addition to soil conditions study and traditional architecture of western desert.

Adopting a prototype dwelling for the western desert is a difficult process.
The project design successfully met the program theme and requirements. The jury members have agreed that the employed vocabularies and form were properly selected. The progress of the project's design process was obviously accomplished.

The final presentation of the project has showed the student's understanding and interpretation of course aim.
