Distillery cooperative is a periphery-specific project responding to the condition of being between urban and rural. On one side it is exploring the possibilities of industrial production to generate activity and need for multifunctional development; on the other it acts as a ‘lighthouse’ for the new settlement when approached from the new city bypass. Distillery tower is the central element generating activity in the modular universal structure around it.
