Under the background of low-carbon green urban transport and urban cultural heritage, we put forward the corresponding MTOD mode, which refers to the development of community renewal. It is a prospect to try to make the residents' daily travel to be more low-carbon and convenient, to stimulate the vitality of the community, and also to create a unique street cultural characteristic of local tour.
