As we move into a time of unprecedented rising sea levels humankind has been forced to integrate habitat with water. Architecture has become a fluid medium. The Marine Housing System (MHS) addresses this new paradigm by providing a medium-density, modular system for permanent and flexible accommodation on the world’s waterways. Community is spatially articulated and supported by concentrically structured housing aggregations organised sequentially alongside the shoreline.
