In the context of the border region between United States and Mexico, the project takes the current water crisis of the area as a possibility to investigate a different kind of water infrastructure, in its relation with the landscape. Through the employment of a manifest architectural language for infrastructural monumentality, it aims to represent the ideological value that infrastructure assumes in this context in shaping both landscape and culture.
