The historical city centre of Zaragoza deals with a degradation phenomenon caused by abandoned buildings and residual voids that damage the urban scenario.

This reactivating project for San Pablo neighborhood aims to regenerate the dismissed areas thanks to the public and attractive functions of the design proposal, leading
to the community repossession of the Gancho historical fabric.
