Breaking Walls, Building Bridges: Active Senior Citizen’s Clubhouse + Urban Footbridge in George Town, Penang Part 1 Project 2018 Yi Yang Chai University of Malaya | Malaysia In the background of massive baby boomer population from the 60s is aging into retirement, this project is aimed to rejuvenate an active retired lifestyle for the community of George Town. With that as premise, this proposal has further developed into a scheme that introduce an urban footbridge reconnects the neighbourhood and stimulates interaction.
