Sandwiched between old industrial fabric of Ma Tau Chung and a Kai Tak New Town, The proposed office tower is situated at a context of rapid evolving. Given the contrasting nature of the two, Soaring courtyards adopts a extraordinary approach of crafting vertical working space with the operation of disintegrate and insert. Challenging the typical core packed towers, the project tries to split office, services and retail into several smaller entity with green space inserted between them . Porosity is created to facilitate user-surrounding connections as they inhabit and transverse various platforms of green inner community. Besides being green fitted, the space is crafted to be a enjoy quality of sun, wind and a framed view of the Kowloon mountains, attempting to offer a true delight and fresh breathe for workers high up the tower.
