The historic city centre of Lima has some areas with a persistent occupation of street vendors throughout the years.This socio-urban problem for decades has modified the configuration of several public spaces, the centre of Lima is one of the areas with the highest concentration of this type of commerce, due to the high confluence of people, a fundamental factor in informal street commerce sales.In 2020, the economic crisis caused by the pandemic of COVID-19 increased informal street commerce in Lima, as in all of Peru, this type of work became more than ever an alternative way of having income.The project aims to ensure an alternative to way face the 'ambulantes' and the informal street commerce problem by giving shape to a set of scenarios that allow not only the direct interaction of government entities, private companies, and informal street vendor traders, but also to instructor agents, successful traders, and professionals, who will allow the training, recruitment and successful reinsertion of these skilled entrepreneurs back into the labour market, open the 24 hours.
